About Akeer

Hi, I'm Akeer Kuol Malual Nyok, a student at the University of Juba, where I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. I'm especially passionate about the human brain and hope to explore fields like neurosurgery, neurology, or even general surgery. I am also a research writer and an advocate for accessible healthcare and education, especially for underrepresented communities. I believe in learning with purpose, leading with compassion, and growing alongside the people I get to support. I also deeply care about making space for others, listening deeply, and showing up with intention in everything I pursue. I'm excited to be part of Dr. Interested and look forward to learning, growing, and contributing within such a meaningful community.
