Kate Tucker

About Kate

Kate Tucker (she/her) is a second-year medical student at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University. Prior to studying medicine, Kate completed a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership and Masters of Applied Health Services Research at the University of New Brunswick. Her graduate research explored the experiences of older adults without primary care providers and she worked closely with a palliative care research team. Kate greatly enjoys working with high school and undergraduate students with an interest in traditional and untraditional paths to medicine and can often be found on an active outdoor adventure when she is not studying.
