About Leer

I'm Leer, a Grade 10 student from Vancouver, Canada. I enjoy learning about math and science related topics, especially biology, and I hope to pursue a career in the medical field. I recognize that it can be difficult for high school students to find meaningful opportunities in healthcare, and I've experienced this challenge myself. That's one of the reasons I wanted to join Dr. Interested: to help make medical programs and opportunities more accessible to students around the world so they can explore their interests and gain experience early. Outside of school, I enjoy tutoring, reading, and playing the piano. As an events coordinator, I look forward to planning and organizing successful and engaging events that can educate and connect aspiring healthcare professionals.
