About Tara

Hi, I'm Tara, a junior in high school with an immense passion for neuroscience and psychology! I've always been intrigued by the brain and how this complex organ shapes everything from the way we think and feel to the choices we make. This curiosity has inspired me to pursue a career in neuroscience or psychology, where I hope to contribute to research that advances our understanding of the brain and mental health. Outside of school, I volunteer with organizations supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as giving back to my community is incredibly important to me. Through Dr. Interested, I aspire to educate youth on a wide range of medical topics and make reliable medical information more accessible to my community.
